Best Gluten Free Foods

So, are any of you gluten free or even considering going gluten free? We don’t have allergies to gluten or any apparent sensitivities to gluten, but we do find that when we limit our gluten intake we have better clarity and energy. The problem, however, is that many packaged foods labeled gluten free not only taste terrible, but are also filled with other terrible ingredients.

We have been on the hunt for many years now for foods that are gluten free, minimally processed, and also taste amazing. Here is our round up:

Gluten Free Tortillas and Chips: Siete

This brand is so good! We really need to buy stock in this company. We love all of the chips. The tortillas are good, but we find that the best tasting ones are the Cassava flour and Chickpea tortillas. We love making nachos, tacos, and burritos with these Siete products. We find them at Whole Foods, Thrive Market, and the Siete website.

Gluten Free Pasta and Pizza: Cappello’s

Did you know that Cappello means top hat in Italian? I learned this from the checkout person at Whole Foods. I learn so much when I go there! This has been the holy grail for pasta and pizza. We also need to buy stock in this company. For real. Their pasta tastes like egg noodles, and their pizza is pretty good, too. You can find these items in the frozen food section at Whole Foods or you can get them delivered to your home from Cappello’s

Gluten Free Sourdough Bread: Bread SRSLY

The bread is seriously good. They have all of the sourdoughs, too: classic, seeded, sweet onion, sandwich and dinner rolls. It toasts up perfectly for the best french toast and avocado toast. We don’t even miss bread anymore. You can find it in the freezer section at Whole Foods in one of those little side freezers next to the bread aisles.

Gluten Free Baguettes: Arise Bakery

Now, bread SRSLY does not have baguettes, but not to worry Arise Bakery does, and they are so good! We like to toast ours up in the air fryer for 5 minutes, and it is like you are walking through France! So good! You can also find these baguettes in the freezer section at Whole Foods.

Happy gluten free eating!
