Whether we are teaching remotely or in the classroom, it is important to create a supportive and nurturing classroom for all students to learn and thrive as human beings. Here are some websites that will help students feel more connected to a remote learning classroom:

Websites for Scheduling: Saves time by not having to email back and forth for set up a time to meet
Calendly or YouCanBookMe

Websites for video and voice notes: Leaving a voice memo is so much more personal than leaving written feedback. It also saves time.
FlipGrid, Voice Thread, and Vocaroo

Websites to create digital portfolios:
Google Sites, Weebly, or Wix

We’re sure that you have seen, heard of, or have used these websites in your classroom, but hopefully there was something new on this list that you might be able to utilize in your classroom this year. Leave a comment down below on what are some of your favorite websites to help students feel more connected to your classroom.

Happy teaching!
