Lyma Laser Review: Is this the Best At-Home Laser Treatment for Skincare?
So, I’ve never gotten Botox or lip fillers or any type of medical beauty enhancement for a few reasons, like I’m scared of needles in my arms, let alone my face, and I’m just not sure about the long term effects of these ingredients on the body. No judgement for those that have gotten them. Some people look great with these minor tweaks to their skin, while others have gone a bit overboard with the fillers and botox, and their face just doesn’t look natural to me.
I’m going to go the route of good skincare, healthy eating, staying out of the sun (for the most part), micro needling, and lasers. That seems to be the best option for me at this point in time. I’ve been taking the Lyma supplements for a while now, and I have been very interested in the Lyma Laser. It helps with anti-aging, wrinkles, skin elasticity, texture, and tone. Bonus: it has zero downtime, zero damage, and it’s painless.
So, I’ve been using it for about 3 months now, and I have seen a difference in my skin. I’m at an age (mid-forties) where the skin starts to change and is no longer what it was in my youth. After using the laser, I noticed that my redness has lessened, my skin is lifted, and my wrinkles are very minimal for someone my age. I’ve used it everyday for 30 minutes using their spray and serum. I’m really happy with where my skin is at now.
Lyma has great articles and research that I learn a lot from, too. Be sure to check out their blog, it is always worth a read, and I learn a lot in the process.
