Pressed Green Juice Review
I am all about getting the glowiest skin possible at my age. I do lots of things to make that happen from eliminating dairy, gluten, and sugar from my diet as much as possible to making sure that I get plenty of vegetables, fiber, healthy fats and proteins in all three of my daily meals.
In addition to all of my skin care blog posts, I have recently learned from the book Glow from Within by Joanna Vargas that drinking a glass of green juice each day will help give your skin extra glow.
So, I did a bit more research on the topic and learned a few things from this article. Obviously, green juice shouldn’t be a substitute for your daily vegetable intake and be sure not to buy green juice that contains any fruit juice as those are sugar bombs which make you age like an avocado.
For green juices, I really like Pressed, and there are a couple locations close to where I live and work. They also sell them at Whole Foods, but at a premium price point.
To help my skin from aging 1,000 years from the unbearable stress of this 2021-2022 school year, I am drinking Greens #1 and #4 from Pressed and taking some of their shot boosts. I am loving their wellness, vitality, elderberry, and probiotic shots. I also joined their membership to get a discount.
Bottoms up to great skin!
