Review: The New Fantasmic Show at Disneyland with Reserved Seating through Rancho Del Zocalo Restaurante
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the new Fantasmic show at Disneyland, and it was nothing short of magical! The combination of breathtaking visuals, enchanting music, and classic Disney storytelling truly brought the night to life in a way that only Disney can.
Our day began with rope drop at Disneyland. At noon we checked in for our reservation for lunch at Rancho Del Zocalo Restaurante, which added a wonderful touch to the overall experience at Disney. The restaurant offers a charming atmosphere with delicious Mexican cuisine that satisfied our appetites perfectly. The service was exceptional, and the staff made sure we were well taken care of.
One of the highlights of our evening was the reserved seating for the first showing of Fantasmic. Having guaranteed seats made the experience stress-free and allowed us to fully enjoy our dinner without the worry of finding a good spot for the show. The reserved seating area provided an excellent view of the performance, ensuring that we didn't miss a single moment of the spectacular display.
To secure reserved seating for the Fantasmic show, you can book a dining package up to 60 days before your trip. Three restaurants offer these packages: The River Belle, Blue Bayou, and Rancho Del Zocalo. We chose Rancho Del Zocalo for its affordable menu options. Adult plates were just $30, and kids' meals were $25.
Each dining package provides different seating placements for the show. We were thrilled with our choice, as the view was spectacular! Depending on your reservation time (Fantasmic offers two shows), you’ll either enjoy lunch or dinner. We opted for the first viewing since we have younger kids, and it was perfect because the fireworks start right after Fantasmic. You can stay in your spot for an amazing fireworks display!
Fantasmic itself was an absolute spectacle. The new enhancements and updates to the show are impressive, with vibrant colors, stunning special effects, and captivating performances by beloved Disney characters. The water projections were clearer and more vivid than ever, and the incorporation of newer Disney films added a fresh twist while still honoring the classic elements we all know and love.
The finale was a dazzling culmination of fireworks, music, and lights that left everyone in awe. It was a heartwarming reminder of the magic and wonder that Disney consistently brings to its guests.
Overall, the combination of a delicious meal at Rancho Del Zocalo Restaurante and the reserved seating for Fantasmic made for an unforgettable evening. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Disneyland. It’s the perfect way to ensure a fantastic night filled with Disney magic, great food, and an unbeatable view of one of the park's most iconic shows. Don’t miss out on this enchanting adventure!
