This is a very expensive product, but I got in on sale during black Friday a few years ago, and it is worth the cost. This is a LED light mask with three light settings: the 100 red lights help to promote collagen, reduces the appearance of wrinkles, sun spots, and overall redness by supporting the natural production of collagen and elastin. The 62 blue LED lights helps to fight breakouts and prevent future blemishes. You can also put both lights on together. I like to use this light face mask after I wash my face and do a three minute mindful meditation until the mask turns off. It is very relaxing. It is also very bright, so it is good to close your eyes and think positive thoughts for the day.
