Lyma Supplements Review
So, I started taking Lyma supplements in June of 2022, and it has been one of the best investments in my overall health and well being. This supplement is based on peer reviewed science for the best ingredients proven to work. Most supplements on the markets do not have many peer reviews that they actually work and most people seem to be wasting their money. This supplement doesn’t have any vitamins per se. It expects that you already eat healthy vegetables, fat, fiber, and protein. This supplement is for those nutrients that are difficult to get from an overall healthy diet.
The ten proven ingredients in this Lyma supplements are turmeric, vitamin D and K, smart nootropic, prebiotic beta gluons, protein, ashwaganda, lycopene, saffron, and keratin. These ingredients work together to promote better sleep, performance, beauty, health, and lessen anxiety.
It comes in this beautiful copper canister and refills are shipped each month. It is a pricy supplement. However, I’ve stopped taking most other supplements at this point in time. After 6 months, I’ve found that I fall asleep quickly and sleep like a champ most nights. My Oura ring would also agree with this stat! My anxiety is fairly under control, and I am pretty chill at school these days even with the daily stress we face as teachers in America in 2023. Lastly, as a woman who will eventually be entering menopause, this supplement is supposed to ease that transition and make it seamless. Let’s face it, menopause sounds like a pain in the ass, and I am all for easing that inevitable life’s transition. Not to worry, men, this supplement also does wonders for you!
All in all, I am really impressed with this supplement. Lastly, they also make periodic changes to this formula based on peer reviewed science to help it remain the best supplement on the market.
